Almost every new customer we take on tells us some version of the same story. The last company started strong, then visits got shorter. Then a week got skipped. Then two. Then nobody answered the phone, and the yard they were paying for every month slowly stopped looking like anything.

We built this business around fixing that specific problem. You get a set service day and a crew that keeps it. You get a phone number that a person answers. And you get the same standard on the thirtieth visit as the first — edges cut clean, hard surfaces blown off, debris hauled, nothing left for you to finish after we leave.

Curb appeal that holds up in Florida

Landscaping on the Treasure Coast is its own discipline. Sandy soil drains almost too well. Salt spray off the Indian River and the inlets burns anything that isn't chosen for it. Summer brings heat, daily storms and fertilizer restrictions, and every year brings a hurricane season that decides how the canopy should have been pruned three months earlier.

So we plan for it: plants that genuinely thrive in this climate, irrigation set to how sandy soil actually holds water, palms trimmed to standard instead of stripped bare, and hardscape built on a base that stays flat. The goal is a property that looks as good in late August as it does in February — because that's the real test here.

We maintain single-family homes, condo and HOA common areas, rental portfolios, and commercial frontage where the landscaping is the first thing a customer sees. Association and property-management work runs on a fixed-day schedule with a written scope and a certificate of insurance on file, so nobody has to chase a vendor for basics.
