How often does my lawn need to be cut on the Treasure Coast?
From roughly May through October, weekly. Florida turf grows fast under summer heat and daily afternoon rain, and stretching to every two weeks in that window means removing too much leaf blade at once, which stresses the lawn and invites weeds. From about November through April growth slows and biweekly service is usually plenty. We build the schedule around that seasonal shift rather than charging you for 52 identical visits.
What should my irrigation be doing during the dry season?
Less often, but deeper. Short daily cycles keep roots shallow and make a lawn far more fragile once temperatures climb. Through the dry season we typically run fewer days per week with longer run times so water reaches the root zone, set to your county's assigned watering days, and we check that the rain sensor is actually interrupting cycles. If your bill jumped without an obvious cause, call 314-391-7674 — it's usually a stuck valve or a broken lateral, and both are quick fixes.
Do you handle storm prep and cleanup?
Yes, both. Before the season we thin canopies so wind passes through instead of pushing on a solid sail, clear dead fronds and seed pods that become projectiles, and cut back limbs over the roof, pool cage and service lines. After a storm we clear downed limbs and fronds, haul debris, and get the property back to presentable. Storm work is scheduled by request — existing maintenance customers are routed first.
Can you work within my HOA's guidelines?
That's routine for us. Most Treasure Coast communities have an architectural review process for anything beyond routine maintenance, and the usual reason for a rejection is an incomplete submittal rather than a bad design. We prepare the plant list, materials and layout in the format your ARC committee expects and adjust if they come back with comments, so approval doesn't turn into a second project.
